Hello!
In our last email, we talked about how your body responds to information—and how the wrong information can interfere with normal function.
But here's an interesting thought.
What if the most knowledgeable doctor you'll ever have is already inside you?
Think about it.
- Who healed your last cut?
- Who fights infections while you sleep?
- Who decides which tissues need repair?
You don't make those decisions, and neither does your doctor.
The intelligence running your body does.
We've been calling this simple principle:
Intelligence directs healing.
In a very real sense, your body is its own doctor.
So here's the question we've spent more than 30 years exploring at Alternative Health Atlanta:
If the body is its own doctor, why not ask what help it needs?
That's where our approach becomes different.
Your nervous system is one of the main ways the intelligence running your body communicates with it. So, to ask what help it needs, we "tap the phone line."
We use a method called muscle response testing to observe how the nervous system responds to different challenges.
Those responses can give us clues about what may be stressing the body and what kinds of support to investigate.
We combine those clues with your health history, examination findings, laboratory testing, and—most importantly—how your body responds as we work together.
And our role?
We like to think of ourselves as the doctor's assistants.
We investigate. We provide support. We observe the results. And we make adjustments as we learn more.
Because our goal isn't to take over the healing process.
It's to help the intelligence that directs healing do its job. We do this by working WITH the body, not ON the body.
